Sync options not sticking in 5.3

Switched back to the App Store version for 5.3. Now whenever I try to set up syncing to either iCloud or Dropbox, the settings don't seem to take.

Any suggestions for what I'm doing wrong?

Never mind. Seems to have fixed itself. I blame gremlins.

I'm glad we can blame gremlins on this one as I haven't seen that before. Did a reboot help resolve it at all?
