Not able to recover PRO on my new iPhone

Dear supporting team,
I am unable to recover the PRO functions on my new iPhone which I purchased back in Dec 2013, please kindly advice how I can activate the function.

    Please give us a little more information:

    1. From what you say I'm assuming you have previously downloaded 1P5 for iOS and paid for the in app purchase to enable the pro features. Is that correct?
    2. You refer to having a "new iPhone" which you "purchased back in Dec 2013". Is that the phone to which you downloaded 1P5 for iOS—or is that a phone replacing the one to which you downloaded 1P5 for iOS. (I'm a little confused by the date you mention in the context of a "new phone".)

    Basically, you should be able to restore the pro features on a new phone so long as it uses the same Apple ID as the phone originally used to make the in app purchase to enable the pro features.

    Just to confirm, are you signed in with the same AppleID that you used to restore the purchase. What error message are you getting when you try to restore?
