Synch not updating

@donl: I'm sorry to hear that! It sounds like iCloud might be stuck for some reason (thinking it's already done).
But first just double-check and make sure that iCloud Sync is enabled on each of your devices, and that iCloud Drive itself is as well (Mac: System Preferences > iCloud; iOS: Settings > iCloud).
Next, if iCloud Sync is set up and iCloud Drive is enabled already and it's still not working, it can help 'jump start' it to turn iCloud Drive OFF on each device and then back ON again. Also check out our iCloud troubleshooting guide to make sure everything is in order.
I hope you don't mind, but I'm moving this thread to the iOS section of the forums. If you continue having issues, please let us know which versions of OS X, iOS, and 1Password you're using. I hope this helps! :)

I'm using IOS version 8.2, OS X 10.10.2 And latest version of 1password updated just a few days ago (version 5.3). Synch is working on all my other IOS devices with the same icloud username and password. Also works on my Mac laptop. I just noticed that the last 2 items I added to my iPhone weren't showing up on any other device or laptop. Tried all the trouble shooting tips and it didn't work. Reinstalled 1password on my iphone6 and when setting up with iCloud synch it got this message:
Failed to fetch some record zones. 1Password encountered a problem.
Like I said everything synchs with all my other devices, just not my iphone6. I'd love to have 1password working on my iphone6 again.

@donl: Well that's certainly a start. Thanks for getting back to me!
Since you've already taken the measure of reinstalling 1Password on your iPhone, go ahead and
1. disable iCloud Drive in iOS settings
2. restart the iPhone
3. enable iCloud Drive
4. initiate iCloud Sync in 1PasswordIf it still fails, let me know if you get the same error or a different one. We will get to the bottom of this!

I've done those steps before, but I did them again with same error message.

@donl: Thanks for checking that for me. It looks like there might be something else going on then on your iPhone. The best thing to do would be to generate a diagnostic report in 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics (under Log Settings enable Sync and Cloud Keychain) > Send Diagnostics (you’ll have to scroll to the bottom) so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening. Please also include a link to this forum thread in the email as well as your forum username so we can 'connect the dots'. We will get this sorted out for you! :)

I can't get past the setup screen where you select existing vault, then iCloud on the next screen

@donl: You can disable iCloud Sync when you set up 1Password the first time so you can at least get into the app. Otherwise if iCloud isn't available you'll be stuck there!
Once you're set up with a vault and you can access the app, you can turn on the log settings as described above, attempt iCloud Sync, and then (if it still fails, of course) you will be able to send diagnostic information that can help us figure out what is going wrong. I hope this helps! :)
