iPhone iOS app almost constantly freezes up when launching while syncing

Noticed this after the 1Password 5.3 update on my iPhone 6, using iCloud to sync the data.

Whenever I launch the app after not using it for a while during the day, it almost always locks up entirely for 20-25 seconds until what I'm guessing is the sync completing (i.e. the loading symbol in the top-most status bar in iOS shows up). Oddly enough it hasn't occurred yet on my iPad that has the same update applied, Both devices are on the latest iOS 8.2.x version.

Would sending you guys a debug log help at all here by any chance? I noticed a diagnostic option similar to that in the settings earlier.

I get the same thing CONSTANTLY!! However, it only seems to be causing problems (freezing/locking) when I open in the Login page/section (and yes, it's seems to be while its syncing, I actually just noticed that).
If I start in the Favorites section and select something there I can usually log into that (say my bank account, or view my debit card info) but if I'm trying to search for something I'm kinda screwed. If I open the app and select the login section then tap in the search bar (that's when it freezes) I can't get out of that screen- I can not move to anything else and must exit the app. I've even let it sit for several minutes (where it locks and then asks for Touch ID or password again) and it's still frozen.

If I try to close and re open right away it's still frozen. I can close the app and then hard close it (swipe it off the screen) re open and it is still locked up (I mostly use Touch ID to open but even if it's set to re open right away or if I use my master password, doesn't matter).

If I wait about 2 minutes and then re open it will then allow me to move about freely (as I said, I just realized today this is because it's freezing while syncing).

This has been happening for quite sometime now; I've reported it a couple times and it's VERY frustrating!!

I've been having this issue for a while now as well, but finally checked to see if this is a known bug and if anything's being done. I see this post was from April and nothing's really changed on my end - is this issue being looked at and getting fixed? Nothing more frustrating than to sit there and wait to retrieve passwords or even bank account or credit card info while standing at the teller's window at the bank (only because I use it for EVERYTHING). Any update would be appreciated. Thanks!

@shadowmuse: No update here. I'm simply not seeing anything like this...and I'd have noticed if it had continued for months!

Now, that's not to say you're not experiencing the issue yourself, but unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action.

The more information you can give, the better. For instance, it may simply be an issue with your particular iOS or device version, which would explain why I'm not having the same problem. The only thing that sounds even remotely familiar to me is the freezing I get when my device runs low on storage. Please let me know what you find. Thanks in advance! :)
