I have an IMac & Ipad air 2. Do I have to buy versions for both.

    Yes, sorry. 1P for Mac and 1P for iOS are completely separate products.

    But the basic 1OS version is free. However, if you get to really like 1PW you will probably want to upgrade the iOS version by the in-app purchase of Pro features.

    @danco makes a great point, you do not have to pay anything for the iOS 1Password app, only if you wish to unlock the Pro Features.

    And if you'd like to try 1Password for Mac before you buy it, the download from our website is free and offers a 30-day trial will full functionality so you can test-drive it and decide if it's worth buying.
