Secure Notes
I have created via iOS-device a new "secure notes“. I added some sections („Add new section“) and I filled with informations.
On 1Password for Mac 5.3 (actually OS X 10.10.2) I can´t see the all these generated and filled sections.
The only field I can see (on 1Password for Mac 5.3) is the content of „notes“.
After wifi-synchronous, all my other iOS-devices contains correctly all these added sections and contents from the secure notes.
So I´m afraid (and believe), that the added sections by iOS only can´t shown correctly on OS X.

Could you please confirm that you are using 1Password version 5.3 on your Mac? (You can find the version number in the 1Password menu, under 'About 1Password').
I've just tested here with 1Password 5 for iOS (version 5.3) and 1Password 5 for Mac (version 5.3) and notes with custom fields created on the iOS app display correctly on Mac. It's important to note that custom fields in Secure Notes only just became available in version 5.3 (Mac), so if you had checked these notes prior to updating to the latest version, you would not have seen those custom fields.
If you are using 5.3 on both your Mac and your iOS devices, I'd like you to try something for me. Open the entry on your iOS device and edit it slightly (add a new field or a bit of extra data). Once that syncs over, are you able to properly see the custom fields?
