Web form fill missing one field
Yes, I've used the search but didn't find a solution right away. Apologies, should I have missed it.
I've got my login on this page captured by 1Password. The captured web form details look okay 
.
However, 1Password misses the first field(Account). I did try to manually tweak the web form details, to no success though.
The HTML source doesn't reveal any obvious clues to me either.
It was working as expected until very recently. Presumably, the page has changed. Recapturing web form details didn't help unfortunately.

When you say that, do you mean you followed the exact procedure to re-create and save the login manually? I thought it worth checking because usually that procedure solves the sort of problem you're seeing (and is a better bet than manually changing the web form fields).

However, the web form details of both the new and the old login looks the same. I presume, there're some thing under the hood 1Password does not reveal.

I'm so glad to hear that Stephen's suggestion got you all sorted out! Saving a new Login is the best way to teach 1Password the fields that it needs to fill. It's a great first step if you notice any other websites misbehaving.
