Cannot add a one-time password?!

So I have me the shiny new 1Password 5.3 (530032) on my desktop, and I figured I should get on setting up my one-time password tokens via iOS. On iTunes, it's listed as version 5.3, but in the app under settings, it's listed as 4.5.3. In either event, it looks up to date and I [should] have the Pro version. I've got the Organize folder at the bottom of my screen, and yet, when I try to add a new one-time password, the field just isn't an option.

What gives?

  • Hi @Batshua,

What version of iOS do you have? 1Password 5.3 for iOS requires iOS 8.

    … Oh.

Well, that'll do it. I've got an iPhone 4.

  • That explains it @Batshua. I believe the iPhone 4 will only run iOS 7, so 1Password 4 for iOS is the latest version it'll run.

Bummer. Welp, it's set up for when I finally get to upgrade. I didn't realize I'd been left behind on the new 1Password releases! D:

@Batshua: Sorry for the confusion! The good news is that once you're able to upgrade, 1Password 5 is a free update for existing 1Password 4 customers! :)
