death of a user

my sister died in an accident in Thailand on March 13. we need to deal with her estate including paying bills. How can the executor of her trust/will gain access to her password. We have an official death certificate if that is needed.

    Hi @lizmcd138,

    I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of your sister. The only way to access a 1Password vault is with the Master Password. Hopefully your sister left her Master Password in a place that is accessible to the executor.

    If she did not, there is no way to gain access.
