Reinstalling 1Password

After updating to IOS 8.3 1 on my Iphone 5, 1password and a few other apps crashed on start-up, they simply closed down after execution with no error message.

By reinstalling apps the problem was fixed but I'm afraid of reinstalling 1password in case I lose all my passwords. I've synched it to dropbox but that was a long time ago so I don't know how much is saved there.

Will I lose all passwords created after my latest syncing to dropbox? Is it safe to reinstall 1Password?

    Nevermind, had forgot to install updates for 1password which fixed the problem!
