I assume you are using 1P5 for iOS. If you have a complete set of 1P data on the 1P machine with which you sync (Mac or PC) you can delete and then re-install 1P5 for iOS which will almost certainly solve the problem.

To be on the safe side please make sure you first create a backup of your 1P data.

Please don't get angry with me: I'm just a volunteer here. :)

I have the exact same problem. So I decided to delete and then reinstall 1P on my iPad mini. Starting, trying to sync with my iMac ... still not getting it to work or getting errors.

1st attempt: Sync Problem. The operation could not be completed. Connection refused (after I entered the newly configured secret).
Error Domain = "NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=61 "The operation couldn't be completed. Connection refused."

2nd attempt: I tap sync, sync started ... no progress though, so I cancelled it after 2 minutes.

3rd attempt: Sync Problem. The operation could not be completed. Connection refused. Error Domain = "NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=65 "The operation couldn't be completed. No route to host"

4th attempt: I get asked to enter my Master Password on my iMac, which I do (correctly!). I get asked again. I enter it again (correctly) and tap unlock. Repeated this 15 times or so, until I had to tap cancel before I go insane. You guessed it: Sync Problem. The operation couldn't be completed. (com.agilebits.onepassword.ErrorDomain error 7013).

This happened after the latest update to 1P (not sure if it was the iOS or Mac update though).

Other error codes or messages I got was Code=64 or "Host is down".

I had 1P on the Mac running with the Wifi Sync window showing the secret I entered on the iPad as well, all the time.

    Any help appreciated.

  • Hello @pumpkin and @Olaf20 ,

While we work on fixing this issue, some have been able to get it work by doing the following:

    1. Disable Sync in 1Password (In Settings -> Sync)
    2. going into the Settings App and choose Wi-Fi
    3. Tap the ⓘ button beside the Wi-Fi network name,
    4. Tap Forget this Network
    5. Choose the Wi-Fi network again and sign in.
    6. Go back into 1Password and re-enable sync.

Let us know if that works for you or not.

    Hi Stephan,
I am not angry with you!! ;)
But I work on all Devices. So i do not know which is the complete 1P-Backup. Perhaps all 1P-devices have some different records. :'(

    And Hi Hayesk!
the WLAN-Restart did not work with my iPhone6 (iOS 8.3) but my iPad Air (iOS 8.2) sync with my MacBook. The screenshot was taken from my iMac-sync.
So...I think I wait for your bugfix. :-)

    ...and thanks for your help!

    Greeting, Olaf

    Hi!
I reset my iPhone-1P-Software and restart with a new sync.
Now: it works! But my sync menu looks different!

    Bye, Olaf

  • Hi @Olaf20,

Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear it is working now.

Is there something wrong with the way your sync menu looks?
