Incomplete setup of 1Password5 for iOS on iPhone Safari
I just installed 1Password4 for Windows on my PC, synced to Dropbox, then installed 1Password5 for iOS on my iPhone6 running iOS 8.2. I synced it to Dropbox, and it found my files ok. On the iPhone, I also upgraded to Pro using iTunes. I tried to add the extension in Safari, followed the directions to click the "... More button, but 1Password was not on the list of "Activities" which the instructions tell me to move to the top of that list. I must have missed something. Can anyone please advise?************

To further clarify, after installing, the Instructions to enable the extension in Safari on my iPhone are: Click on the share icon, then the more icon, then find "1Password" in the list, move it to the top and slide the switch to on. IT IS NOT ON THE LIST. Does anyone know the answer or how to get support from this company? Everything on their site points to this forum for other users to solve.

Hello @tmholmes,
We have noticed that sometimes on iOS, it doesn't recognize newly added apps that have extensions. Can you try restarting your iPhone? After that, try to add the extension again. Please let us know if it shows up in the list or not after restarting.
To answer your question on support, while there are times when some of our customers will answer questions before us, we read and respond to every forum post here. Hi Hayesk. Yes I tried restarting the iPhone, and just did it again. Same result. You said I can e-mail you. Please tell me how. Thank you.

Hi @tmholmes,
It sounds like you are in the social section vs the extension section. It sounds like you're hitting the 'more' button next to Twitter, Facebook, etc. What you want is the more icon in the row with Add Bookmark, Add to Reading List, Add to Home Screen, etc. You may have to scroll to see it:
https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/extension
If that doesn't resolve the issue I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track down the Report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
Ben

Ben, THANK YOU! You are exactly correct. I did not notice that there were two "...MORE" buttons, as one was hidden until I slid the lower row of icons. Then I found 1Password in the list, at the top, with the switch already turn on. So it looks like the extension is set up. Now I just have to get used to using the product.
