Hi. I have tried to update from version 5.1 to v. 5.3 but keep getting "Download failed. The request timed out". I am using OS X 10.10.2. Please can you help? Thanks

    Hi @kalloub,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble downloading the update! If you haven't already done so, please try again to see if it works now. If you're still getting the error, you can download version 5.3 directly from our download site. Once you download it, unzip the file (if necessary) and move 1Password 5.app to Applications, replacing the older version there.

    Hopefully that takes care of the problem, but please let us know if you still need help with that.
