Can't Log In on iPad or iPhone

Will not fill in the Log In information as it always did in the past. I have no problem entering the paster password. How do I set up TouchID on my iPhone 6 Plus?

Hi @george12 ,
To set up TouchID, go into Settings -> Security.
Regarding your fill-in issue, is this using the browser built into 1Password, or in Safari using the 1Password extension? There is a known issue which is currently being worked on preventing some logins from filling in the browser built into 1Password. We hope to have that fix available soon.

It is in the browser built into 1Password.
Thanks,

Thanks George ( @george12 ). Until we're able to get the issue hayesk mentioned fixed up please try using the 1Password extension within Safari:

Hi @bwoodruff ,
To repeat a question asked but not answered elsewhere, does your comment above confirm that v5.4, which included "web filling fixes and improvements," does not fix this problem on iOS and certain sites?
Thanks.
Edited: spelling

Hi @wibadger,
Please don't post the same question in multiple places. It causes a duplication of efforts on our part, which slows down the whole process for everyone. I answered your original post. Sorry it took some time, I had to research the answer.
Thanks.
Ben

I tried a handful of sites in 1browser on my iphone. All of the sampled sites worked except for www.reddit.com and pitmaster.amazingribs.com. On these two sites it didn't matter if I clicked on the url in the vault item or clicked on the key icon from within 1browswer. Neither of these methods resulted in the user/password boxes being filled.
