Now available: 1Password4, the best 1Password for Yosemite!
Features:
- Vibrant and visually distinct side bar to help you more quickly navigate between categories
- 1Password mini now stays docked to the menu bar and doesn't block your view of the webpage you're trying to login to
- Easier window manipulation due to larger draggable titlebar zone
- Lovely Yosemite UI updates. Buttons, and other UI widgets all use the Yosemite standard
Okay, but seriously guys, with the exception of what I'm sure is amazing iCloud support via CloudKit, 1Password 4 is the superior version on Yosemite. I tried installing 1Password 5 and I feel like I'm swimming in a sea of indistinct visuals and a UI that leveled DOWN several times over the high standards that 1Password 4 set a couple years ago.

Hi @elvaen,
There's no point in hiding away from it, Yosemite seems to have caused a bit of a divide in terms of its visual appearance. It took a bit to get used to but now when I look at a Mavericks machine it feels like I'm having colour pummelled into my visual cortex - I have become quite used to Yosemite it seems. We tried to give 1Password 5 the Yosemite look and feel and it certainly isn't to everybody's taste. Who knows, we may tweak this or indeed Apple's UI recommendations will likely change at some point in the future and we'll adapt to make sure 1Password 5 fits in.
Maybe give 1Password 5 a chance, see if you find the Yosemite look and feel turns out to be an acquired taste? There are some nice improvements and bug fixes in 1Password 5 which it would be a shame to miss out on.
