Drugstore.com locks up 1Browser in ios 5.3 and 5.4
Using ios 5.3 and now the latest 5.4 versions.
Using drugstore.com site, 1Browser will lock up after successfully logged in.I am allowed to click exactly 1 hyperlink on the webpage after which the browser is in locked state, no action allows you to go back to the app or close 1B. The only way out is close 1P using home button and getting back in. This happens both on iphone5, 5S and iPad air.
Same works well if Safari is used and 1P is allowed to fill in credentials.

Just wondering if anyone else uses this site and has the same issue

Hi @devibimal,
Given the issue was only present after logging in I created an account to test this. Now for ease I created the Login item on my Mac but that shouldn't make any difference.
I tried my iPhone 6 first (iOS 8.3 & 1Password 5.4 for iOS) and it worked. It wasn't the fastest experience but I traversed a few links and each loaded as well as allowing me to exit 1Browser normally.
Next I tried my older iPhone 5 and that behaved too as did the iPad mini 2 I tested last.
So it's unclear why it's misbehaving for you. It might be worth checking 1Password for iOS' Settings and looking in Settings > 1Browser. All my devices had the User Agent set to the default 1Browser and using the Clear Web Data to purge the cache on one of your devices might be worth considering too.

@littlebobbytables - for bad or worse I have this bad habit of clearing browser cache history essentially everything every time. And as you suggested I have yet again tried with same fatal lockup result.
So to make this easier, I changed user agent to Safari (iPad or iPhone) as the case may be and all works well. Now I have been using Firefox from the get go on all sites and this one was the oddball.
So to test this try using Firefox as user agent and you should see same results

Hi @devibimal,
So I tried not just Firefox but also Chrome and while I couldn't replicate your findings I did notice something I hadn't when my user-agent was set to 1Browser. Now trying to get a conclusive result seems to be tricky but I saw a lot of ForeSee popups when I used the Firefox or Chrome user-agent and couldn't get it to replicate when it was set to 1Browser. I'm wondering if this is connected at all. Now I could dismiss the pop-up at which point the site continued to respond normally. Of course, that wouldn't explain why you can't return from 1Browser to the main 1Password screen.
These sorts of problems annoy me, I'd much rather be able to replicate your findings so we can get on with passing the issue onto the developers.
Do you find the same occurs if you use Chrome as your user-agent and do you see these ForSee pop-ups at all? they seem to be pretty prompt at showing up.

So I tested this again. I see one pop-up from foresee that I just click 'No' and I on my merry way. No more pop-ups. With chrome user agent I don't even get that single pop-up. Now this was tested each time after clearing the cache.
On phone it's the same result. Just FF will lock it up somehow.
Both iPhones and an iPad have latest 8.3 iOS
I just saw that 1P 5.4.1 is out so updated it on iPad - the results are still the same with FF locking up after first click. It could be any of the links on page and then nothing. Only way out is kill the app and get in again.

Hi @devibimal,
I don't believe we've altered anything in the 1Browser code recently so version 5.4.1 not making a difference sounds about right.
When you said you were on your merry way after clicking No, did you mean that after dismissing the pop-up 1Password didn't freeze like it has previously?
I think it will be worth seeing if @bwoodruff can bring any new insight to this matter too.

@littlebobbytables - I should have been a bit more thorough earlier. By going my merry way I meant to say there were no more pop-ups as you indicated. 1Browser lock up happens without fail at any given time.

Hi @devibimal,
Just to be sure I'm understanding correctly: you're only seeing this problem when the 1Browser user agent is set to Firefox?
I wonder what the site is doing differently for Firefox that it isn't doing for other browsers...

@bwoodruff - that is correct. Drugstore website will lock up 1B only when using FF as user agent.

Thanks for confirming. I thought Mozilla actually had a Firefox browser for iOS, but I don't see one on the App Store. I wanted to test if a similar thing would happen in Firefox itself. But since such a thing doesn't exist I guess I can't test it. ;)
Since there isn't actually a Firefox browser on iOS my suspicion here would be that the site is trying to do something that only works in Firefox, and that is causing the lock up in 1Browser. In that case I'd recommend browsing with the user agent set either to 1Browser, or Safari.
I'm not entirely sure why we offer the option to imitate Firefox on iOS when there isn't such an app, so I'll mention that to our developers. :)
Thanks!
