1 password pro 3.7.2 vs. the new free version 5.4

I originally had 1password pro 3.7.2 on my iphone. There never seemed to be an upgraded version of it so I recently downloaded the new free version 5.4. The new version does not have some of the same features as what I had bought previously (1password pro 3.7.2). It looks like I can pay $9.99 for the PRO version but was hoping since I had paid for my previous version I would not have to do so? Thank you for all your help & advice in advance!!

    I have the same question: How do I upgrade to the new PRO version (5.4) from the old PRO version (3.7.2)??

    My wife has the same problem. I don't. My pro functions are working fine.

    What I meant to say was that since I paid for the original version, there shouldn't be any reason I have to pay for the same program AGAIN just because they updated the app.
    Hopefully I won't have to, but if that's the case then AgileBits will lose my business. Don't get me wrong—I like 1Password and use it often. But there are many other alternative services/apps available. If AgileBits doesn't value my business enough to provide free upgrades, then I'd rather be using someone else's product.
    Who's to say they won't ditch version 5.x (like they did with 3.7.2) and charge you again to upgrade to Pro version 6?

    Sorry, but that is not the case. 1Password 5's Pro features are a paid upgrade from 1Password 3. 1Password 3 for iOS was replaced by 1Password 4 for iOS over two years ago, and that was a paid upgrade. We did offer 1Password 5 for iOS (including Pro features) as a free upgrade to folks who had paid for the upgrade to v4. We do offer v5 entirely free for the basic feature set, and then if Pro features are needed they are a paid upgrade.

    It is the other way around actually. We value your business too much to provide free upgrades. We want AgileBits to be a sustainable company for the long term.
