Crash on launch in version 5.3

My app crashes everytime I try to open it on the iPhone 6. I got it to work once by shutting down the phone and reopening but it is back to crashing and I cannot use it at all?

@katdaniel1: I'm sorry that you're having trouble there! Be sure to update to iOS 8.3 and 1Password 5.3.
But if the app continues crashing at launch, it may be damaged; in that case, reinstalling it from the App Store should resolve the issue -- but only do so if you have a backup of your 1Password data on another device. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you. :)

I have reinstalled, I have rebooted the phone over and over again. I tap the 1pass icon, the touch id for passoword/1 password box comes up, flickers and if I touch it, it flickers and takes me back to the home screen. I am not even able to use it on the iPhone anymore. I have all the updates and I am not in zoom.

@katdaniel1: I'm splitting this into its own discussion since your issue is not related to the Zoom issue at all.
It sounds like your issue may actually be related to Touch ID. I've seen a lot of reports of issues (and articles) with this in iOS 8.3. Please reset it by doing the following to see if that resolves the issue for you:
You may be able to simply restart the device or re-set Touch ID to get it working, but there were a few other tips that worked for others in that thread. Just follow these steps:
- Launch Settings on your iPhone
- Tap on Touch ID & Passcode
- Enter your Passcode or Password
- Toggle Touch ID to OFF
- Press the Home button to return to the Home screen
- Shut down and restart your device
- Enter your Passcode or Password at the Lock screen
- Launch Settings on your iPhone
- Tap on Touch ID & Passcode
- Enter your Passcode or Password
- Toggle Touch ID to ON
I hope this helps. Please let me know how it turns out! :)
