Pro features have stopped working
I have previously purchased 1Password version 4 for iOS. When 1Password was updated to version 5, I was given a free upgrade to the pro features since the app itself was made free. Since a recent minor update to the app, I no longer have access to the pro features and I am unable to restore the purchase. I even have a load of pro items in my vault such as server passwords which I now cannot access! Please help.

Good morning @alesam and @BOtjens. I'm sorry for the trouble you're running into here. Could you please send in a diagnostic report so we can see what's going on under the hood? Please include a link to this discussion in your diagnostic report email so we can tie the two together.
Diagnostic reports can be generated by tapping on Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Send Diagnostics.
Thanks.

Just to update everyone, this is the current situation:
"As I suspected, you have run into a bug that we are working hard on resolving with Apple. Please keep an eye on our release notes because we will put a note in there as soon as the bug is fixed."

I thought I was the only one having this issue. I lost the pro upgrade after I reset/restored my phone from backup.
Edit: I was able to install v 5.1.2 of the app from iTunes and restore the Pro Features purchase.

Hi @yashrg,
Sorry about this. So you're saying if you install an older version the Pro features are restored yet if you then update to the current version they disappear again?

No, the version 5.4.1(when installed on a freshly restored iPhone in my case) was unable to restore the pro purchase. My workaround involved installing the older version (I had 5.1.2 on my computer) on the freshly restored iPhone, then restoring the pro purchase. I was able to then update the app to the latest version and continue to use the pro features.
