Just some complains

Hi

I really enjoy using your app. But, here are some complains
1. could not use iOS devices to customize icon, like I could not use my credit card's photo be item's icon.
2. UI of 1password for mac and iOS do not look great.... should fit new mac os system
3. the price is a little bit high, and there is no discount for those who had bought previous version

    There is no discount on the App Store, as Apple do not currently allow this.

    There is a discount on upgrades if you bought direct from Agile. That's one advantage of buying direct.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in, I'm sorry that you're feeling frustrated by 1Password right now!

    I'll let our developers know that you'd like to see this feature brought to iOS. Currently, to customize icons, you will need to use 1Password for Mac.

    Could you please let us know which version of 1Password you are currently using? 1Password 5 for Mac was designed specifically for the Yosemite operating system (and 1Password 5 for iOS was designed for iOS 8), and I think our design team did a pretty great job. If there is anything in particular that is bugging you about the design and UI, please let us know! We want 1Password to be intuitive and convenient, so if we're missing the mark, we'd be happy to look into it.

In fact, 1Password 5 is a free upgrade for all users who own 1Password 4.     The 1password I use on Mac and iPad are all up to date.... I just think the design of this app is a litter bit out of date, not really a flat design.... Anyway, I love this app, hope it will get better and better.

    Hi @Wenxin,

    It sounds like you're using version 5 of 1Password on Mac and iOS? Version 5 was designed to fit right in with the UI of Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) and iOS 8, which were released just last fall, so it definitely shouldn't feel out of date. As Megan said, if there are any specific parts of the design you think can be improved, please let us know - we appreciate your feedback! :)
