Expired License?

Hi,
Bought 1Password a while back with the Parallels bundle. They sent me the link to download and a link to paste into my browser for the license. I have not thought about using 1Password on my Mac until I had upgraded to Yosemite and purchased it on my iPhone. The link states an unexpected error occurred. No valid licenses were found. What can we do? Thanks!

    I took a look in our back office records for any licenses attached to the email address that you have in your forum user account, but I could find no active records. Please send your purchase details in to our team at support+licenses@agilebits.com, and we'll help you track this down. :)
