Extension won't download on Mac
Hi! I updated both my Mac and 1Password yesterday with the new versions. Now the extension won't download. I click on the "big green button" and I get this screen
But, it doesn't go any further than that. I have checked "extensions" in the System Preferences and it appears that other extensions are there and are working correctly (dropbox, iTunes, etc).
Suggestions? Without extensions, 1Password isn't very useful.

Hi @pearlfrancis,
The message you're seeing means the 1Password extension was installed successfully. But it's not the kind of extension that will be listed in System Preferences > Extensions. It's a browser extension that you installed in Safari. In your screenshot, you can see the 1Password extension icon immediately to the left of the address bar (it looks like a circle with a keyhole). You can see which extensions are installed in Safari by going to Safari > Preferences and selecting the Extensions tab.

Hi @Drew_AG! Thanks for your response. I'm attaching a screen shot of Safari-preferences-extensions because I don't see 1password in the list. Am I looking in the wrong place? I assume that the extension isn't working if it's not on the list...

Thanks for the screenshot, it's very helpful! That screenshot is of the Extensions section in the System Preferences app on your Mac. Those are completely different from the extensions you've installed in Safari. To see your Safari extensions:
- Open the Safari app.
- In the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on the Safari menu.
- Select Preferences.
- In the window that appears, click on Extensions.
