Using iOS + Windows + OS X How to sync sans dropbox

Hi all, I am trying to sync my ipad with my 1password database that is stored on Google drive. We block dropbox at work so that is not an option not to mention i don't trust them. Is there any way that I can sync my iPad with my existing database on Google drive? Or, can I sync wireless between my MAC and iPad without messing up my existing setup?

This is likely the best option in this situation, yes. You can set up WiFi sync between the Mac and iPad:
