Double Apps

In Finders and Application I show both 1Password5.app and 1Password.app.I also have 2 1Password icons in tool bar. When I select a login, it goes directly to the icon on left which shows a box requiring another Master Password entry which will produce the requested site. I can also go to the right icon after selecting login. In this place, al normal choices (Logins, etc) are available.but revert to left icon when a login is requested. Again. entering Master Password is required. I can make this work but it seems awkward and not correct. What is wrong and how do I fix. Thank you.

    Re the above: For some unknown reason, the iPassword icons in the toolbar have reduced to one and logins seem back to normal. This result is certainly not due to my expertise. I still am concerned with showing double apps in finders and applications. Note: the icon in the dock indicates that it is iPassword 5.

    What result do you get if you make a Spotlight search for "1Password" (without the quotation marks)? It does rather sound as though you have both the AgileBits store version of 1P and the Mac App Store version on your Mac—which is going to lead to more than a little confusion. :)

    If you're not sure at all I think the easiest way forward would be via a diagnostic report. It will take a peek at your system and we'll be able to tell you exactly what to do.

    I would like you to create the following Diagnostic Report.

    Then attach everything to an email to us: support+ forum@agilebits.com
