very slow download

trying to download 1password for mac and it is telling me it will take 2 hours to download a 38Mb file, doesn't sound right

Hi @jfal,

That does sound slow, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it. We use a Content Distribution Network which hosts the files at multiple locations around the world and is responsible for connecting you to the closest server possible in order to get the fastest download. You could try disconnecting and downloading again to see if it connects you to a different server.

I tried reconnecting/restarting at least a dozen times, to the same results, regardless of the version I was trying to download - I am a paying customer, thanks

Can you confirm you're trying to download 1Password from our download site? Or are you trying to download it from somewhere else?
