Let me repeat, as not all of my question was posted correctly: I have 1Password v5.4.1 on my iPhone, 5.1 iMac, and v5.4.1 on my iPad. I sync using Dropbox. However, any changes made on my iPhone do not sync with the iMac or iPad. But a change on either the iPad or IMac will sync with each other, but not with my iPhone.

Hi @mikejp1945 ,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble keeping things synced up lately. I've got a few basic things that we want to check regarding Dropbox first, before we get into the serious troubleshooting:
- Please ensure that Dropbox is installed and running on your computer
- Check that you are logged in with the same account on all computers and devices
- Confirm that Dropbox sync is selected in 1Password > Preferences > Sync on your Mac
- Confirm that Dropbox is selected in Settings > Sync on your iOS device
- Confirm that both your Mac and iOS device are reading from the same file path in Dropbox.
If all of those items check out, let's run a test and see where things are getting tripped up:
- Create a test entry on your Mac ("Test, Mac") and add some data
- Create a test entry on each of your iOS devices ("Test, iPhone/iPad") and add some data
- Does "Test for Mac" show up on either of your iOS devices?
- Does "Test for iPhone" and/or "Test for iPad" show up on your Mac?
- Log in to the Dropbox website and click on the 1Password.html file inside your 1Password.agilekeychain folder
- Enter your Master Password
- Do either or any of your test entries show up in your database here?
Please let me know the results of this little experiment - once we have a better idea of where things are going sideways, we should be able to get this straightened out simply for you :)

A couple of comments about your trouble-shooting steps. First, when I'm in the 1Password app on my iPhone, I select settings, then sync, and I get a screen that shows "Choose a Sync Method", and the choices are iCloud, Dropbox and Wi-Fi. When I tap Dropbox, I get a screen that says "Sync with Dropbox", and appears to list 2 accounts - one with my name and underlying information, the other says "Connect Another Account". If I choose the one with my name, it comes up with "Choose a Vault", and the path shown is the same one as on my iMac. What I don't understand is why the iPhone settings/sync doesn't automatically know I'm syncing with Dropbox. It appears I have to tap the Dropbox choice each time. Am I missing something here? Also, I don't find a folder in my Dropbox website named "1Password.agilekeychain" The only file that comes close is ".ws.agile.1password.settings", and there is no html file inside it. I also tried the experiment you suggested, and neither entry shows up on both devices.

Good morning, @mikejp1945. I'm sorry for the sync trouble you're having with 1Password. From your description it sounds like 1Password on your iPhone is not set up to sync at all, which explains why it isn't syncing. (I'm stating the obvious here, but that's a much better situation than 1Password thinking that sync is setup and sync not working).
1Password should automatically know that you're syncing with Dropbox and you should not have to tap the Dropbox choice each time. Please follow the steps in our Dropbox sync setup guide to get yourself back on track: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/sync-with-dropbox
If it happens again that 1Password on your iPhone becomes disconnected from your sync setup please let us know so we can request a diagnostic report from you.

I have followed the instructions on the the link provided above. However the "fix" does not work. When I get to the step where I need to choose a vault (after tapping on "Allow") I get the name of the vault I've already been using. When I tap on that vault, I get the message, "Vault Exists - This vault already exists on your iPhone." The only choice is to tap on the words "Got It", which accomplishes nothing.

In that case, please make a backup of the data on your iPhone:
https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/
Copy any data from the iPhone that has changed over to the Mac manually, and then remove the iOS app from the iPhone. Reinstall the iOS app on the iPhone and on first launch select the option to sync with Dropbox.
Thanks!
Ben
