Devices are Syncing, but Logins are not showing.

Hi

I have 1Password installed on both my mac and iPhone 6, both installed with the latest operating systems and latest version of 1password. My devices currently sync via iCloud, and when I look at both devices they will show that they have synced a couple of seconds ago, but their are logins that I have created on both devices that are not showing up.

I created a new login on my iPhone and it said that it had completed a sync. I go on my mac and its not there. I have disabled iCloud drive and reenabled it on both devices and still has not worked.

Any Suggestions?

    I'm sorry you're having some trouble with iCloud sync! As a starting point, please take a look through the troubleshooting steps in this guide, which should help to solve most iCloud sync issues.
