Password forgotten

Hi, I have changed my very simple password in a better, complicated one, and now I cannot open more. Normally I can open by fingerprint, but after restarting I must give in by letters. Inside 1 Password are all I need. It's catastrophal for me now.

1. what version of 1P for iOS you are using;
2. whether you sync your 1P data with any other device and if so what sync method you use.
