Restoring pro purchase

I downloaded 1password again after quite some absence. Many improvements since I last used it. Really great, easy to use, intuitive. Well done! I am having a problem restoring my pro license which I bought 7th Feb 2012. Has this expired somehow or maybe I'm doing something wrong? Thanks!

    Thanks for the kind words! If you purchased in February of 2012 that would have been a 1Password 3 for iOS purchase. Since then 1Password 4 for iOS was released as a paid upgrade, and then 1Password 5 for iOS was released as a free upgrade for those who had purchased v4. Going directly from v3 to v5 would require a new purchase. You can read more about how our purchasing and upgrades work here:

    Thanks for your quick and helpful reply. I've had a look at the articles you suggested. I can't see the incremental cost to go from 3 to 4/5. Or maybe it's a full price upgrade?

  • To go from 3 -> 4 it was $7.99 USD for a limited time, and then $17.99 when not on sale. To go from 3 -> 5 it is $9.99. The App Store does not offer the ability to do special 'upgrade pricing,' unfortunately.
