Hi asapera,

Unfortunately we can't help you recover a Master Password or reset it. Both would weaken the security surrounding your vault which nobody wants.

Now if you've forgotten your Master Password we do have some suggestions that might help but that is all they are, suggestions. These suggestions can be found at:

If you genuinely can't access your vault any more then sadly the only option left would be to consider deleting your old vault and starting over. This really is the last option you want to try though as it means your old vault is gone. Those instructions can be found in our How do I start over with an empty vault? guide.
