I Password screen is black (nothing) shows when I open app.. May I please speak to someone by phone?

    AgileBits do not provide phone support.

    They will provide support by email. They monitor the forums and will suggest the best way to contact them.

    However it is very rare for direct email support to work better than forum support as the first line of help.

    Are you not willing to describe the issue on the forum, even in general terms? So often this is the speediest way to get help.

    That said, with no other information provided, the first troubleshooting step with a problem like this would be to try restarting the phone:
