Premium Features not available

I'm using 1P for Android ver 4.2.1 and have repeatedly tried to purchase the premium features using the in-app facility on my phone. The error returned (after inputting credit card and personal details) is "we couldn't complete your request. Please try again or try again later."

The actual transaction is handled directly through Google's Play Store, so you will need to contact Play Store support to get additional details on why this transaction failed.

    If there was an error when setting up your payment information on the Play Store through 1Password, you may want to add your purchase information using your computer. Once your payment information is configured, try purchasing the premium features again and let us know if that works. Thanks!
