I had about ten duplicate HTML files building up in my Dropbox database so I decided to delete them and run a sync to create a fresh new one. For whatever reason that file seems stuck in a perpetual "syncing" state (see attached screen grab). I've tested my Dropbox connection by adding a text file to the Dropbox root directory as well as adding a secure note within 1Password. Both synced and were visible on other devices. Is this a common occurrence? Does it take time to sync this file? Any help would be appreciated.

Forgive me for posting prematurely. I relaunched the Finder and it seemed to push it through. It's working fine now. Problem solved.
