iOS syncing issue with one browser
Why are the passwords I have in 1password, that show up fine within my desktop Mac browsers (both Safari and Firefox) not syncing/showing on my iphone6? Really old passwords show up on phone. This seems to be a new glitch with iphone6. Syncing used to be seamless prior to the latest iOS.

- What sync method are you using?
- What version of 1P do you have on your Mac? (Go to 1P > About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says there.)
- What version of 1P do you have on your iPhone? (Go to the 1P Settings screen and look towards the bottom of it.)

Duh. I guess details would help. Sorry. Syncing via Dropbox. Running IP 5.3 on my Mac. Running 1P 5.4.1 on my iphone.

Thanks, @gh. If you login to 1PasswordAnywhere which set of credentials do you see? Instructions can be found here:
https://support.1password.com/1passwordanywhere/
Do you see what is on your Mac, or what is on your iPhone? And just to clarify: the Mac has the dataset that you want, whereas the iPhone has old data?

You've lost me. Have no clue how to login to 1PasswordAnywhere. Since help on AgileBits is not written for non-techs, I guess I'm gonna have to google to see what I can discover.

Yup, I went to that link the first time. I rest my case. Worst "instructions" any non-tech has ever read. Sigh. I'll keep looking somewhere other than this site for help written in the human language, which 1Password staff does not speak. But I DO appreciate your attempts to help. Really.

So sorry about that, @gh. Please try these instructions instead:

Thanks. At least that one was written in English, but it doesn't tell me what to do after I open 1password anywhere, which I did, to solve my problem. So, I'm officially throwing in the 1Password towel. Will ask a techie relative to troubleshoot for me when I see him next. Until that time, I will just now that I have no 1Password access on my phone. Oh well. It used to work great before the latest iOS. No need to continue trying to help. I'm seriously tired of this. Apps should NOT be this difficult to get to function normally. Thanks again for trying. It's very appreciated.

Hi @gh,
Despite all the hassle involved, the purpose of checking 1PasswordAnywhere was to help pin down where the problem is.
If the contents of the vault when viewed through 1PasswordAnywhere matched the vault on your Mac then we know the Mac is syncing properly and we can start looking at why your iOS device isn't.
If the contents of the vault when viewed through 1PasswordAnywhere though matched the vault on your iOS device then we would first need to look into why your Mac wasn't syncing to Dropbox.
Sometimes it can take a few steps to figure out what the cause is. Now if you don't wish to continue that is of course your choice but if you do then we will do our best to help.
