    You're really going to get the quickest support by posting full details of your problem here on the forums. For a start please tell us:

    1. What versions of 1P you are using (i.e., the full version numbers) and on what platforms (OS X, iOS, Windows, Android).
    2. What devices you are trying to sync.
    3. What sync method you are using.
