incomplete Sync with Mac-iOS
Hi all,
I have 1 password 5 (5.3.1. - Agile Webstore) and IOS 5.4.1 with Pro features. I had to re-install my phone (new HW) and installed 1password on iOS. After setting the sync via dropbox, out of the 111 items (multiple categories - including the "pro" ones like passport), only 46 items were synced.
I tried disabling and re-enabling sync, removing iOS app and re-installing. But nothing has fixed the issue. Is this something you have seen before?

Thanks for taking the time to contact us with this issue. I apologize for the trouble. It sounds as though perhaps your Mac is not actively syncing with Dropbox. Could you please check the settings on your Mac and verify it is set up properly to sync with Dropbox?
Also could you please try checking 1PasswordAnywhere to make sure the data from the Mac is actually making it to Dropbox? Instructions can be found here:

Thanks your reply. Indeed, you are right, the data is on my Mac but not making to the file on drop box. But I verify my settings on 1Password5 on my mac and it does say on the preference->Sync that Dropbox is selected. It also mentions that the last sync was 2 minutes ago.
Is there a way to force the sync again? Should I delete the file on dropbox? Thanks for your help.

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
