'Copy' button for Login Name

In previous version of 1password I'm pretty sure you was able to click a "Copy" button when hovering over the login title/name. This was very useful for me as I've some complex names that are easier to copy. At the moment, you can not select the text for a login title/name without clicking edit. This is frustrating.

Could you please give consideration to adding the "copy" button back in a similar way to how you can click or reveal passwords and user names?

    Hi @harrip999,

    Which version of 1Password are you using? In 1Password 4 and 5 for Mac (in both the main app and the Mini) you should be able to hover over the username or password in the item details pane and see a "Copy" button appear.

    I'm on the latest release for Mac. Yes, I can copy the user name and password by hovering over. However, it would be great to also be able to copy the title of the item in one password in the same way. The title that appears at the top of each entry. I believe this used to work, but not any more.

    Thank you for clarifying that! You're correct, this used to work in version 4, but the Copy button no longer appears next to the Title of an item in version 5. I apologize for the inconvenience! Our developers are aware of this, and I'll add your comments to the bug report.
