Problems with Pro version in my iPhone 5S

Hello!
After i uppgraded my 1Password to the new Pro version in my iPhone, I cant open up some saved passwords.
I have tried to restore my purchased old version, but it dont works. What can I do for to get it to work?

Sorry, my english isnt the best, but I will try to explain better.
So for maybe 2-3 years ago, I bought a full version of 1Password to my iPhone. Then it came a better version of the old one, so i uppgraded it to the newer one. And when I did that, I cant open up some saved passwords who is saaved in the Pro version. I have tried to "Restore Purchases", but it dont works to do that. Hope you can understand what i wrote.

Sorry, I'm still not sure I'm clear on what you mean. What happens when you try to open these items that tells you that you cannot open them?

As for the Pro features: what version of 1Password did you previously purchase? 1Password 3 for iOS purchases do not grant access to 1Password 5 for iOS' Pro features.
