We cannot use this account on multiple iphones?

I want my spouse to have full access to sharing information from 1password, but it will not sync on his iphone. Dropbox is not working on IOS only on the macbook. I can enter multiple identities but those individuals cannot have this information on there iphones nor can they do modifications?
This is not very family friendly, I bought it with the intention of sharing data.
My expectation was that it would sync on multiple accounts with ease and on-the-go in their iphones.
Please let me know how I can resolve this problem.

    Hi @lander0sm ,

    I'm sorry you are having issue with sync. 1Password can certainly sync to multiple devices, regardless of if it's on one account or not. Can you answer a couple of questions for us:

    1. When you say Dropbox is not working on iOS, can you be more specific. Do you get an error message when trying to sync from within 1Password? Is there no error, but no 1Password vaults in the list?
    2. When you say multiple accounts, which accounts are you talking about? Do you mean multiple Dropbox accounts?
