Not sure if the following is possible

Is it possible to update a 1Password entry to save more than the username and password fields?

I'd like to be able to save the ability to uncheck 'remember details'.

Also, I have a couple of logins where there are two username fields that are required.

Are either of these possible? If so, how would I go about to configuring this?

Many thanks,

Dave

    The usual solution for problems like this is to re-create and save the login manually. That allows 1P to learn the structure of the relevant login page. Try that and see if it helps but if it doesn't please post again and, when you do, let us know:

    1. what version of 1P you are using;
    2. what browser you are using;
    3. the version number of the 1P extension in the browser; and
    4. (if not confidential) the URLs of the sites that are giving the problem.

    Hi @TrapperDave,

    I hope Stephen's suggestion to manually save a new Login was helpful! If you have more questions about that or need more help, just let us know - we're here for you! :)

    Hi,

    Here is an example of the problem;

    1. Version 5.3.1 for Mac.

    2. Chrome 42.0.2311.152.

    3. Plugin 4.3.1.90

    4. https://www.ratedpeople.com/local/login . I want to login as a Home Owner (right hand side), but using the shortcut, it tries to log me in as a Tradesman.

    Hi @TrapperDave,

    Thanks for the URL, it's very helpful for us to be able to test it out ourselves! I tried saving a new Login item by following these steps (from the link Stephen previously gave you) and it worked correctly for me - I filled in the "homeowner" form on the right hand side, saved a new Login item, and 1Password was able to fill that same form.

    Have you tried following those steps from Stephen's link? Please give that a shot and let us know how it works out for you. Thanks!
