I have 1password 3 on my iMac and I would like to use it also on my smartphone. But there is available only 1password 4. It's possible to synchronize these two versions?

It is indeed possible to synchronize between 1Password 3 for Mac and 1Password 4 for Android using Dropbox. We have some guides to walk you through enabling Dropbox sync on each device, that I recommend taking a look at:
