  • Hi @Crutch1,

Unfortunately I'm not sure what you are referring to. What are you trying to accomplish, and what directions are you following?

    Please let me know.

Sorry for confusion I'm trying to follow the instructions for using one password extension that was in a message dated April 8 and message center it says: 1.open Safari and tap the share icon 2 tap the more button. 3 drag 1password to the top of the list and enable it.

1password is not showing up in the list

  • Thanks, @Crutch1. It sounds like you may be selecting the "more" icon in the first row of icons (along with Facebook, Twitter, etc). What you'd need to do is select the "more" icon from the second row. Normally there are enough icons in this row that the "more" icon is pushed off the screen, and you need to scroll right to left to get to it.

Please pay special attention to steps 3 & 4.

    Thanks!
