    @jteaser: Older versions of 1Password are no longer available for purchase, but if you previously purchased 1Password touch version 3 from the App Store (which runs on my old iPad 1 with iOS 5 too), you can download it from your purchase history in App Store > Updates > Purchased. I hope this helps! :)
