1Password upgrade for $8

My boss says there's a new update for 1Password that only costs $8. I can't find any information on that anywhere. Can anyone assist?

    I'm not sure what upgrade that would be. Which 1Password product(s) do you use, and which version(s) of those product(s) do you currently have?

    Could this be the IOS upgrade to Pro? Not sure what it is in $.

    @tonydow, @trico21: The 1Password for iOS in-app purchase was probably 8$ on sale at some point, but the regular (and current) price is 9.99$US. I hope this helps! :)
