How many licenses do I need to keep around?

I've gone through 1Password 3 to 5 installed on my Mac but I skipped 4.0 as I never installed an OS that supported it.

I still have Lion on another partition. Will the latest 1Password 4.0/5.0 license cover old versions? Seems like I keep buying them (Agile Web Store)! I'm on the Beta Channel release for 1Password 5.0

    Hi @wkleem,

    A single licence for 1Password 5 covers you for 1Password 3-5. The 1Password 5 licence comes with a licence key for 1Password 3 and the licence file hasn't changed between 1Password 4 & 5 because 1Password 5 was a free upgrade to all existing 1Password 4 users. Don't forget that single licence covers you and 5 other family members for as many Macs as you have too :smile:
