iTunes Sync/Restore from Backup
I have a vault on my Mac OS and a vault on my iPhone app (both applications up to date). I'd like to "sync" (or rather, copy over) my Mac OS vault to my iOS vault.
Previously, the following steps worked:
1. Create a directory "Backups" on my Mac OS containing the most recent 1Password *.1p4_zip file
2. Add/Overwrite this to the 1Password iTunes File Sharing page, and sync my iPhone.
3. Open 1Password, go to Settings > Advanced > Restore from Backup
4. Things would then "sync" as needed (usually restart application, etc.)
However, when I get to step 3, the "Restore from Backup" option is grayed out.
Help would be appreciated; thanks in advance.

It sounds as though perhaps WiFi sync would be a solution for you:

Please let me know.

Thanks @bwoodruff, but I'd prefer to troubleshoot the wired solution.

The backup/restore feature in iTunes File Sharing wasn't intended to provide a sync mechanism between 1Password for Mac and 1Password for iOS, which is why I suggested perhaps WiFi sync as a possible solution. That said, I'm not currently aware of any technical limitation that would prevent you from doing what you're trying to do. You may want to review these instructions:

Thanks.
