Loading app on new phone

My wife and I just got new phones. My 1Password app downloaded just fine restoring from iCloud backup. My wife's is still not working after 6 hours or so. It no longer says loading but 1Password under the app icon. However, it is still grayed out and can't be used. Any suggestions?

    Hi @skorg264,

    This can happen (with any app) especially when multiple apps are trying to install. Usually powering the device completely off then turning it back on will resolve the issue.
