Wi-Fi Sync 7014 error

until 20 days ago I could sync with wifi without problem. Now I get the same message as many others: "operation couldn't be completed...error 7014". so I read in the forum, and it said to delete 1Password and download from App store. I did, but I'm getting the same error message. Not only that, as soon as it starts to sync, the 1Password on my MacBook pro crashes and closes. What should I do??!!! Please help.

@nancynerenberg: Ah, that is definitely not he same message that others in this thread are seeing (7014 versus 7027), which is why that solution did not work in your case. You seem to be having a different problem entirely. In light of that, I hope you don't mind, but I've moved this to separate discussion.
The best thing to do would be to use the 1Password Troubleshooting tool to generate a diagnostic report on your Mac, and generate a diagnostic report in 1Password on your iOS device in 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics (under Log Settings enable Wi-Fi Sync and Sync) > Send Diagnostics (you’ll have to scroll to the bottom) so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening. Please also include a link to this forum thread in the email as well as your forum username so we can 'connect the dots'. We will get to the bottom of this! :)

OK. I will do so.
Just to clarify what is happening:
1. I open 1Password on my mac
2. I then open 1Password on my iPhone, and put in my master password
3. for 2-3 seconds it seems to be syncing, but then...
4. almost simultaneously, these 2 things happen:
--on the iPhone, I get the message: "the operation couldn't be completed. (com.agilebits.onepassword.ErrorDomain error 7014.) Please unlock 1password on your mac"
--on the Mac, this message comes up in a dialog box with the heading"Problem report for 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper" and the message:
"2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper unexpectedly quit. Would you like to send a report so we can fix the problem?"I did click the "send" button several times yesterday. Did you get any of them?
Now I will go follow your instructions, above.

OK, did it: you should soon have both diagnostic reports. Thanks. Nancy
