Re adding to additional device ( iPhone 6) after having deleted because couldn't access Touch ID

Deleted app from iPhone 6, because could not get in on touch Id. I mistakenly thought I could get it back, but have not been able to do so. Have on other devices, with no problem. How do I get it back?
