Still Able To Purchase 1Password 4?

I have some older Macs on our network that don't have 1P. I'd like them to use shared vaults, but I'm not sure they'll run the newest OS. I have machines running on Lion and Mavericks and figured the easiest way to get them up and running on 1P would be to see if the older version was still available for sale? Doesn't look like 5 will run on Lion or Mavericks.

1PW5 only runs on Yosemite. 1PW3 and 4 are available on AgileBits download page, in the Legacy section towards the bottom of the page.

Why are you using Lion? I think all machines running Lion can run Mavericks (my iMac that came with Tiger has been happy on Mavericks and even runs Yosemite). If you can find anyone with a Mountain Lion installer, I believe it would be worth updating to Mountain Lion, if not to Mavericks.

My wife's MacBook only runs up to Lion, sadly.

    Hi @Pizzaman,

I've got nothing but good news for you! I see that you have a 1Password 5 for Mac license, which is the same license file required to register 1Password 4 (for Mavericks), and your purchase also includes a license key for 1Password 3 (for Lion). I have resent your licenses to your email address on file for quick reference.

As Danco mentioned, you can download versions 3 and 4 from the Legacy section at the bottom of our downloads page.

    No new purchase necessary. :)

Mid 2007 and later Macs are eligible to install OSes up to Yosemite, which was Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite. Mac models prior to mid 2007 stop at Lion.

Well, you needed to have minimum Snow Leopard as the OS was the first one to have the App Store in it.
